Dear Cornell University Library, 


My name is I-Yuan Chiang, was a PhD student (2003 - 2008) of food science. 

Last week, we published a book in the language of tranditional Chinese/Taiwan. Some texts are in English. I want to share this e-book with Cornell libraries.
